Taking a deep dive into this gorgeous, newly installed home in Cylinders Dr, Kingscliff by our Designer Ellen…

The process began with this Brisbane based client being recommended to us by  Jordan Brown - Witheriff Group who not only sold the property to the client but is also a long time (& much loved) Agent that our Staging Team works with.

After this client got in touch, an on-site consultation was booked to walk through the home, discuss the style brief, take photos and get measurements.

As a totally empty shell, this home needed a full “fill up” complete with all furniture, rugs, art, cushions, linens, homewares / decor and plants…

As a holiday home, the client required the furniture to not only look great but also be functional, durable and inviting — a coastal escape, and home away from home for these city slickers.

During the consultation it was determined that a light and airy “Coastal Hamptons” vibe was desired.

The next step was to get rolling on the mood board… and whilst this was being completed by Ellen at our Design Studio, the clients also got stuck into getting the house repainted and updated with new light fixtures which had been sourced by Ellen quickly after the consult.

Once the mood-board was completed and then approved, items were sourced and began trickling in…

Then, *drum roll* the big day arrived!
It was Install Day!! 

An all hands on deck day for our team; getting items in, assembled and styled. Top to bottom, front to back… and we’re pleased to say it turned out great!

The clients were very happy with the end result and are looking forward to many holidays and weekends away in their fresh, functional and beautifully designed holiday home.
