This incredible, large family size apartment over looking the ocean in Kingscliff, recently underwent a mini makeover with our staging team.
With it's soaring ceilings, large living areas, and 180 degree ocean views there was so many things about this apartment that made it appealing... however it lacked any true personality and soul.
As an empty shell, it was difficult for potential buyers to picture how they might lay out or live in the space, and look past it's slightly dated interior.

Taking into account the apartment's exisiting structure and ocean side location, our stylist chose a modern coastal style, with plenty of blues and white, and brought in warmth and some 'relaxed' vibes with mid-tone textures and timbers.
The end result was attractive, inviting and shone a light on the home's great living areas with sweeping views.
