This great family home, set on the river in beautiful Broadbeach recently underwent a full kit out and style up with our Property Staging team. 

Though it had been renovated and updated recently to help modernise and freshen it up, the property was a complete empty shell in need of those necessary homely touches to help buyers picture themselves living there. 

So, with it's modern contrasting features of dark floors, white walls and warm toned carpeting it was decided to incorporate a more moody, contemporary colour palette and style. Achieved through the use of soft greys, deep blues, black, white and pops of tan and mustard, finished off with warm toned timbers... 

This project was a lot of fun to bring together, and the owner was very happy with the end result. 

With multiple offers in the first week on the market, it was no surprise this one was snatched up quickly!
