Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that you can return your purchase if you change your mind. We will provide you with an exchange or refund if:
  • You have proof of purchase (Tax Invoice or credit card receipt)
  • You purchased the product in the last 14 days; and 
  • The product is in its original condition with all packaging and labels and has not been washed or used 
For products returned after 14 days, a store credit will be issued. For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund quilts, pillows or mattresses unless you have a valid claim at law. Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase.
Please Note: Returns are credited in the manner in which they were originally paid 
Please choose carefully as we will NOT exchange or refund if you change your mind on any floor stock, ordered in or custom made items.
We will honour our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and provide you with an exchange, refund or compensation if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
  • Has a problem that would have stopped you buying it had you known about the problem;
  • Is unsafe or is significantly different from the description or sample shown to you
  • Is the incorrect measurements to requested
  • Does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed; or 
  • Is faulty
