It’s been a busy few months here at Tailored Space Interiors with our property styling team hard at work doing what we do best - designing and installing hire packages all over the Gold Coast and Northern NSW!

We love working with clients and real estate agents to prepare homes for the market, and today on the blog we wanted to feature one of our favourite recent projects - a luxury, multi-level duplex in southern Palm Beach.

This massive project involved fitting out both duplex units with our contemporary furniture hire packages and eye for design. Each duplex had its own unique features and characteristics to consider, which meant some strategic property styling to showcase the various benefits of both homes.

About The Home

This stunning 3-level duplex is ideally located at the southern end of Palm Beach, and only a stones throw away from the ocean.

With polished concrete floors and a spacious open floor plan, it was a dream to style this urban-inspired home. Being its first time on the market, it was also important for us to showcase the full potential of this beautifully designed property.

Our Property Styling Strategy

One unique selling point of the home was its multi-functional layout, with an alfresco courtyard, upstairs parents retreat, and ample living areas. We wanted to maximise the value of the home by targeting both potential homeowners as well as investors, and decking out the entire home to showcase its best features.

With this in mind, we worked with a contemporary colour scheme to complement the existing urban interiors and coastal location. Charcoal and grey tones were contrasted with pale blues, teals, and mint, creating a modern and appealing palette.

We chose a selection of stylish furniture and decor to further enhance this urban look, with a mix of timber, glass and metal pieces. This was softened with comfortable linen lounges, textured rugs and plenty of cushions and accessories to create a homely feel.

Bedrooms were kept light, airy and fresh, with crisp white linens, plush textiles and statement artworks to complete the look. Every space of the home had a potential purpose, so we made sure to showcase this through office nooks and outdoor dining settings.

We are over the moon with the end result - by showing how each area of this Gold Coast home can be utilised with strategic furniture and decor layouts, the value of the property is clearly apparent to potential buyers. Not only does the duplex feel warm and inviting, but it is also now aligned with a higher price point due to the modern and high-end styling.
