About the home

With 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 living areas, ample outdoor entertaining spaces and statement architectural design, we had a beautiful blank canvas to work with.

Boasting waterfront views and an ideal Broadbeach location close to major shopping centres and points of interest, this double-storey home also included a media room and multiple alfresco terraces, perfect for entertaining.

The existing interiors of the home featured luxury finishes including polished concrete floors, marble bench tops and matte black cabinetry, creating a modern, contemporary space with impeccable attention to detail.

Our property styling strategy

It was really important for our property styling solution to enhance the luxe, premium feel of the home. We also worked closely with our client to create a solution that would showcase the very best features of the property.

The homeowner wanted to lighten up the living and dining spaces due to the dark cabinetry, while maintaining the sophisticated feel of the home and accentuating the spacious sizing of each room. We decided to showcase how one of the ample bedrooms could easily become a home office, and highlighted the upstairs bar area as a key entertaining aspect of the home.

After working closely with this client numerous times on their developments, it was also important for us to maintain the high level of service and styling we continually offer.

We used a selection of luxe furniture and decor pieces in a contemporary, subtle palette of grey, taupe, blue and black, with rich accents of leather and velvet throughout our upholstery, textiles and accessories to elevate the look. Cushions, floor rugs and throw rugs helped to soften the overall appearance and create an inviting space for potential buyers to connect with.

No detail was overlooked, with ensuites, benchtops and side tables enhanced by statement vases, greenery, candles and luxe accessories. We also incorporated contemporary artworks throughout the bedrooms, living spaces and hallways, to ensure each area of the home was showcased beautifully.

Working with Nick Jamieson from Belle Maison Realty, we are incredibly happy with the end result of this unique Broadbeach home!
