Along with hosting a successful car park sale and introducing some amazing new furniture and homewares to our online store, our property styling team has also been incredibly busy installing furniture hire packages across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.

From a waterfront home in Biggera Waters to a luxury property overlooking the Cabarita headland, today on the blog we wanted to give you an inside look at our most recent projects.

North Quay Drive, Biggera Waters

About the property: This spacious 6-bedroom home featured a stunning open floor plan, plenty of natural light, and ample entertaining areas. With beautiful timber flooring, modern appliances, large bedrooms and an elegant winding staircase, we had a great base to build upon to make this home shine!

Our property styling strategy: To complement the neutral tones of the existing home design, we chose to furnish this property in a modern colour palette of greys, whites and timber with accents of blue, teal and gold. Comfortable living and dining zones were created using on-trend furniture and decor, to showcase the spacious open floor plan and light-filled interiors.

It was also important for us to highlight the ample outdoor entertaining area to further maximise the value of the home for buyers. We included a relaxed outdoor lounge setting and dining area to help potential buyers visualise how this space could be used. Working with the team at Harcourts Coastal, the end result showcases a modern, functional and family-centered home.

Queen Street, Fingal

About the home: Positioned in one of the most sought-after locations on the Tweed Coast, this 3-bedroom property in Fingal Heads was a true hidden gem. With recently refurbished interiors including timber flooring and soft dove-grey walls, we knew this property had plenty to offer potential buyers.

Our property styling strategy: With its prime coastal location, we decided to create a furniture hire solution that would really showcase the relaxed beach lifestyle on offer. We created a modern coastal-inspired package in natural tones like white, teal, blue and green to bring the outdoors in.

Botanical inspired artworks, crossback chairs, timber accents and trailing greenery helped to create a contemporary “beach house” ambience that carried throughout each area of the home, while also showcasing the functional open floor plan. Working with Ray White Burleigh, we couldn’t be happier with the end result!

Tweed Coast Rd, Cabarita Headland

About the home: Situated in a premier position on Cabarita Headland and boasting panoramic ocean views, this architecturally-designed home is definitely one to remember! Including 5 bedrooms, an internal lift, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and rooftop entertaining terrace, this majestic oceanfront home was an absolute dream to style.

Our property styling strategy: To showcase this very impressive home, it was important that our furniture and decor package aligned with a premium, luxury market to achieve the best possible sale price.

We opted for a modern coastal-meets-industrial style, with a selection of statement items that would complement the existing interiors without detracting from the ocean view or unique architectural design features.

Our strategic furniture layouts really helped to showcase the function of each room for potential buyers, from the rooftop terrace to the media rooms and home office. Achieving an amazing sale price for the homeowners, we loved working with Mason Garten from Coastal Real Estate Group to present this stunning property.
