Our property styling team have been busy over these last few winter months, installing some brand new furniture hire packages across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. So as we enter the second half of 2018, we wanted to look back at some of our most recent projects!
From a stunning beach home in Kingscliff to an exclusive penthouse in Runaway Bay, keep reading for a behind-the-scenes look into our property styling process for each home.
Avoca Street, Kingscliff | Tweed Coast Property Styling
About the home: This modern 4-bedroom home in Kingscliff boasted a highly desirable beach location, with light-filled interiors, high ceilings and contemporary design. Featuring crisp white walls with accents of tan, ivory and sand, along with stone bench tops and a stunning outdoor garden, this coastal home required a stylish furniture hire plan to complement its existing interiors.
Our property styling strategy: Working with the neutral colour palette of the home, we created a modern furniture hire solution using soft greys, coastal blues and warm browns.
Highlighting the contemporary open plan living and dining areas, we incorporated a statement u-shaped sofa setting, patterned floor rug, upholstered linen dining chairs and some tropical plants to tie the look together. To showcase the bedrooms, we chose crisp white linens and upholstered bedheads with a pop of colour using textiles and artworks.
We also styled an outdoor setting using whitewashed timber and rattan chairs for an elegant yet relaxed beach feel. Working with Lorna Savage and the team at LS Properties, see more from this Kingscliff home below.
Oatland Esplanade, Runaway Bay | Gold Coast Property Styling
About the home: This exclusive 3-bedroom penthouse in Runaway Bay featured stunning Broadwater views and a private rooftop terrace. With brand new timber flooring, wrap-around balcony and spacious master bedroom, we had a beautiful blank canvas to work with!
Our property styling strategy: It was important for our property styling solution to enhance the luxury appeal of the home, while also promoting the peaceful and serene coastal lifestyle on offer. We also wanted to showcase the entertaining aspects of the home, by highlighting the rooftop terrace and open plan living areas.
With this in mind, we created a custom furniture hire package using coastal tones of white, grey and blue to complement the warm flooring and crisp white walls. A pop of colour was incorporated through the bedrooms and living areas through statement upholstery, artworks, greenery and soft furnishings. We also installed both a dining and outdoor lounge setting on the terrace to really highlight the function of this space and appeal to the right buyers.

St Pauls Place, Isle of Capri | Gold Coast Property Styling
About the home: This multi-level townhouse was a brand new development by Highland Homes, complete with timber cabinetry, stone bench tops, plantation shutters and high-end finishes. Featuring modern open plan living, this home also featured 4 bedrooms and an outdoor entertaining area.
Our property styling strategy: It was important for us to incorporate furniture and decor that would complement the dark cabinetry and premium design of this brand new home. We created a contemporary furniture hire package using neutral tones of cream, beige, taupe and blue with accents of timber, navy and a hint of blush.
Modern sofa areas were used to highlight the open-plan living aspects of the home, with stylish bar stools to complement the luxury kitchen design. We also furnished the master bedroom with plush bedding, monochromatic tones and feature artworks to appeal to buyers.
