Preparing homes for sale is what we do best! Our property styling team has been busy at work behind the scenes over the last few months, working strategically with some beautiful homes on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW to get them ready for market.
We talk a lot about how property styling works, so we thought we’d share some of our recently completed projects with you, to show just how effective furniture hire packages can be when it comes to showcasing a home to its full potential!
Below you’ll find two of our latest projects, as our property stylists worked their magic to maximise the value of each home. Check out the end results below, along with some behind-the-scenes insight from our team.
Eclipse Crescent, Cumbalum
This two-story family home in Ballina Heights was a great blank canvas to work with, with such incredible countryside and ocean views.
The open plan layout of the home meant we had to define the different living zones through thoughtful furniture and decor choices. We focused predominantly on showcasing the living rooms, bedrooms, dining and outdoor areas.
In terms of styling, we kept the colour palette neutral, with a base of white, grey and soft creams, to complement the existing design of the property. We then incorporate subtle shades of blues and greens through the textiles and accessories, to create a homely and inviting feel. Plenty of cosy details like cushions, throws and plants really help potential buyers to visualise themselves living in the space.
We chose contemporary furniture options to highlight the modern finishes and fixtures throughout the home. We couldn’t be happier with the end result - a clean, fresh look that showcased the very best parts of the property.
Simpsons Road, Currumbin
With panoramic ocean views and lush natural surroundings, we loved styling this beautiful property in Currumbin.
This large home is an entertainers dream, so we really wanted to create a warm, welcoming space that also complemented the coastal location of the property. We chose a soft colour palette of white and grey, with plenty of earthy timber elements. We then used organic tones like olive greens and deep blues to tie into the natural surroundings of the property and create a relaxed, calming atmosphere throughout the home.
Our chosen artwork in particular really helped to showcase the space, with botanical prints becoming a key feature of our styling in the living areas and bedrooms. Large statement potted plants also helped to fill empty corners and breathe some life into the interiors.
Our role as property stylists allows us to work with some pretty special homes to prepare them for a quick and profitable sale. These two examples are just a little taste of our work - you can view more of our completed property styling projects from the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern NSW through our portfolio.
