Short-term furniture hire costs will vary depending on the size of your home, how many rooms need styling, and how much furniture and decor is required. We can fit-out empty homes or work with the existing furniture at the property - our packages are flexible and tailored to your requirements.

In order to provide an accurate quote, our experienced property stylists begin with a consultation to learn more about your home and tailor the best package for your needs. In saying that, the following costs can be used as a pricing guide:

• Between $295 - $390 per week for a 1-2 bedroom unit or apartment, based on a 6-week campaign.
• Between $575 - $705 per week for a home (dependant on bedrooms), based on a 6-week campaign.

As you can see, the cost of property styling is significantly less than what many homeowners first price reduction would be.
